Secondary CTE Data Collection and Reporting

CTE Logo Oregon schools and community colleges are required to report enrollment and performance data on students who complete courses in state-approved career and technical education (CTE) and on state-approved CTE programs. The data is received by state secondary or postsecondary data collection systems and is compiled, analyzed and reported to the U.S. Department of Education to fulfill federal grant requirements (Perkins). The information is also used for program improvement, resource allocations, policy development, reports to the Oregon State Board of Education or to the legislature, and by state and college personnel and for educational research.

The web pages and resources linked here provide guidance, resources, and information to assist secondary schools and community colleges in collecting, preparing, and reporting high quality CTE data.
