Per OAR 581-022-0610 (4ff), regarding school districts ensuring that students are administered the proper Oregon Statewide Assessment, please remind any/all qualified teachers or staff who are charged with downloading the Extended Assessments to ensure the student materials and scoring protocol documents (check the year printed on the front page and in the footer of subsequent pages) are for the current school year before printing. Also, please remind any/all qualified teachers or staff who work with the Braille and Large Print versions of the Extended Assessments to ensure all of the materials are complete immediately upon receipt. If there is a discrepancy, please contact ODE/Brad Lenhardt ASAP.
