Nutrition Newsletter Inserts

The following links provide excerpts from current publications on a variety of nutrition and physical activity topics. The excerpts are provided in a format for you to cut and paste into your monthly provider newsletters.

Each item is separated by a border with pertinent graphics and a reference citation at the bottom of the text.

To cut and paste an item into your newsletter:

• Select all the text and graphics in the box. Be sure to include the reference citation.
• Right click the mouse and select "Copy".
• Open your newsletter document.
• Right click on the place where you want to insert the item into your document.
• Select "Paste" and the selected material will be inserted.
• If you want to re-format the text, you can do so after inserting the item into your document.
