The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) will be hosting Title I Budget Assistance meetings this September and October. The goal is to help districts with their budget submission.

Supplemental Educational Services
Due to Oregon’s ESEA Flexibility Plan, Oregon is no longer mandating schools/districts to contract with external tutoring providers as part of the state accountability system. If schools/districts elect to contract with tutoring providers, selection is the sole responsibility of district staff as the state does not maintain a list of qualified providers.
