Districts, schools and program names are provided annually that maintain local GED Option Programs. School district GED Option Program Application and sample forms are provided. Sample forms include, GED Option Program Participation Agreement and Parental Release of Student Information, School District Letter authorizing student to take a GED Test, GED Option Site Closure, and Request for Additional GED Option Program Site(s). |
