The July 2012 ODE Procedural Safeguards Notices replace any previous versions, and are aligned with the requirements of IDEA 2004, federal, and state regulations. We continue to make quantity determinations for distribution purposes based on child count numbers and send preliminary orders to each school district. Translations are in process and will be posted as soon as available.
