The Employee Services unit ensures that human resource planning, systems, structure and personnel are in place to support the Department's mission through effective workforce recruitment, management, employee development and retention strategies.
The Human Resources office strives to provide quality services and support in employment, training, employee relations, benefits, compensation and safety beyond the expectations of all employees enabling them to better serve our external customers.
The Facilities unit ensures a safe and accommodating environment for agency staff.
