Neglected and Delinquent or At-Risk Children - Title I-D
Title ID is part of the NCLB Title I 2001 authorization. Title ID has two subparts. Subpart 1 provides allocations for State Agency programs designed to serve the needs of students residing in state funded facilities for neglected or delinquent children and youth. Subpart 2 provides allocations to district having local facilities for neglected or delinquent children or youth within district boundaries. Districts may use the funding to supplement state and local resources to contract an educational program provided at the facility or to provide student services with district programs.

Eligibility
This page contains information on the eligibility of facilities for neglected or delinquent students located within a district's boundaries and eligible students attending the facilities.
Planning

This page contains information on the annual October Caseload count as well as the Consolidated District Performance Report (CDPR) for Title I-D.
