The CIP Budget Narrative/Spending Workbook helps meet some of the requirements for the release of Federal funds. It describes how Federal funds are supplement District funds and programs and capture how NCLB and Perkins funds will be spent to support the attainment of the Districts’ improvement goals.

As a condition of receiving funds under this Act, the district stated below certifies in writing to the Oregon Department of Education, that no policy of the district prevents, or otherwise denies participation in, constitutionally protected prayer in public elementary and secondary schools as detailed in February 7, 2003 guidance by the US Department of Education.
