Surveys of Enacted Curriculum (SEC) in Oregon

SEC 201 - Taking the Survey

Standards, Curriculum, Instruction

SEC 201 encompasses the efforts that are undertaken once a school or district commits to taking the survey. The school/district administrator is the primary provider of guidance and direction to teachers during this step, and works in collaboration with the ESD to plan for teachers taking the survey and reflecting with the entire staff on the results.

SEC 201 is where “the rubber meets the road” and with Administrative Support, the work of the survey begins.
