The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) Office of Student Learning & Partnerships and the Confederation of Oregon School Administrators (COSA) present annual training for administrators on special education and related general education topics. On October 11-13, 2006, over 700 participants gathered in Eugene, Oregon, for presentations on IDEA 2004 and Oregon initiatives.
