Division 22 Assurance of Compliance

As required by OAR 581-022-1610 Operating Policies and Procedures, all Oregon school districts must report to their respective communities as to the district’s status with regards to the state standards, ALL of the Division 22 Oregon Administrative Rules by January 15, 2017.

The 2016-2017 Assurances to the Oregon Department of Education will be completed using a form submitted directly into the Indistar® system. Districts must complete and upload the 2016-2017 Assurances form to Indistar® by February 15, 2017.
