The Special Education Monitoring, Systems, & Outcomes Unit in the Office of Student Learning & Partnerships manages several of the state-supported systems that provide direct services to Oregon's programs, districts, and schools. The overall goal of this unit is to build capacity and improve systems and outcomes for diverse learners.
