The Oregon Department of Education is recruiting educators to assist in the development of social science projects. Your skills and education as a specialist in your field are needed for one or more of the following tasks. Social Sciences Content and Assessment Panel

The Social Science Content and Assessment Panel consists of 35 teachers, administrators, and other educators appointed to advise ODE on the development of curriculum and assessment. The panel is chosen to ensure representation of all Oregon geographic areas and all grade levels. The panel meets approximately five times per year, with 3-5 days occurring in the summer. Members commit for up to a three-year term.
