Accountability Measures

Below are links to additional information related to school and district accountability. They include additional assessment results, detailed information on highly qualified teachers, state results for the National Assessment of Educational Progress, school attendance, and more. These data supplement the data appearing on school and district report cards, which are available at the Report Card Download web page.

  • Statewide Assessment Results
    • Downloadable Files for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016    
      This page contains links to downloadable Excel files of state, school, and district level assessment results for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.

    • OAKS Test Results application (2004-05 through 2013-14)    
      The school report and district cards include assessment data based on students enrolled on the first school day in May that have also been enrolled at the school or district for a "full academic year." The OAKS Test Results application includes assessment results for all student enrolled on the first school day in May each year. It is a searchable database. Users may make selections according to the year, district, school, subject, total population or subgroups to customize the view and download test results data.

  • Class Size Report    

  • Cohort Graduation Rate    
    The cohort graduation rate is the percentage of students in a cohort who graduate within a particular time frame, such as four or five years. A cohort is defined as the set of students that enter high school for the first time in a given school year.

  • Dropouts    
    This report presents dropout rates for students who dropped out of grades 9-12 between July 1 and June 30 by school, district, and county, along with rates for student subgroups.
