Dear Veteran:

Welcome home to the State of Oregon and good luck in your future endeavors. Now that you are making your transition to civilian life, we would like to help you take advantage of the services and programs available to you as an Oregon Veteran.

On this website, you will find a searchable database of schools with programs that are approved for Department of Veterans Affairs educational benefits. You will also find a list of other resources that are helpful to veterans.

Do you have entitlement to the GI Bill? If so, you may use this benefit when you enroll in programs offered at:

Colleges and universities
Private career schools
Flight schools
Apprenticeships
On-the-job training

The program you choose must lead to an educational, professional or career objective.

You may receive college credit for your prior education and training. Present your transcripts when you enroll. The school will evaluate and award credit that applies to your program.
