This unit focuses on the following activities as they relate to coordinating and integrating the technology infrastructure to support initiatives, projects and workload of the ODE:

Coordination of multiple projects
Facilitate a common methodology for ODE
Facilitate a mentoring process for ODE project managers
Facilitate training for Project Managers at ODE
Train sponsors in their roles
Train team members in their roles
Support the project environment
