Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is in the process of redesigning the school and district report cards, with a scheduled release on October 10, 2013. Guiding this work is the Report Card Redesign Steering Committee representing a diverse group of Oregon stakeholders. This committee first met in October 2012, and presented its final recommendations to the ODE in April 2013. This committee has engaged parents, community members, business partners, students and educators in the resdesign in order to build a better and more meaningful report card.
