School Climate Resources

School climate refers to the underlying values, attitudes and the tone that a school community holds and that the environment portrays.
In a positive school climate, a school culture that is respectful, supportive and tolerant will be the outcome. Students feel safe, connected with the adults and other students, and are more successful academically.
