TO: Sponsors of Family Day Care Homes

The Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs (ODE CNP) received notification that a new Family Day Care Homes Monitor Handbook has been issued by Food and Nutrition Services (FNS).

The Family Day Care Homes Monitor Handbook will be posted on the Child and Adult Care Food Program Family Day Care Homes web page under the Other Resources section at http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=276

If you have specific questions concerning the Monitor Handbook, please submit your questions via email to Dana Christensen, at dana.christensen@state.or.us  by April 30, 2012. In the email subject line, please write FDCH Monitor Handbook Question.

ODE CNP will compile your questions and issue a Questions and Answers memorandum to Sponsors of Family Day Care Homes.
