Oregon will conduct a full review of ELA materials in 2013-14 and Mathematics in 2014-15 in support of district implementation of the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). However,
in 2012-13 an Interim Adoption (Bridge Year) review will take place
, the goal of which is to “bridge” Oregon’s existing investment in instructional materials to support the implementation of the CCSS.
A series of webinars hosted by ODE in the 2011-12 school year were designed to provide updates and answer questions about the review and selection of quality instructional materials to support CCSS implementation.
