; Child Nutrition Reauthorization 2010: Water Availability During National School Lunch Program Meal Service
Requires schools participating in the National School Lunch Program to make potable water available to children at no charge in the place where lunch meals are served during the meal service. Questions and answers provided.
Schools Program Policy Memo 37-2011
; Child Nutrition Reauthorization 2010: Enhancing the School Food Safety Program
Requires that food safety programs must be reviewed to ensure that standard operating procedures for safe food handling are updated to include an facility or part of a facility where food is stored, prepared, or served, such as on school buses, in hallways, school courtyard, kiosks, classroom, or other location outside the cafeteria.

Requires schools to inform eligible families the availability of reimbursable breakfast served under the School Breakfast Program.
Technical Assistance Memo 05-2011
; Shelf-stable, Dried Snacks Made from Meat, Poultry, or Seafood
Reminds sponsors that the shelf-stable, dry or semi-dry meat snacks do not credit in any meals served under the USDA Child Nutrition Programs. However, there are some meat stick type products that can be used in a reimbursable meal.
