Modifies the requirements for fluid milk in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast programs

Schools Program Policy Memo 28-2011 ; Child Nutrition Reauthorization 2010: Water Availability During National School Lunch Program Meal Service

Requires schools participating in the National School Lunch Program to make potable water available to children at no charge during the meal service
