Technical Assistance Policy Memo 01-2011: Exemptions Under the Competitive Food Services Regulation
Provides the most current list of foods that have been exempted from the Foods of Minimal Nutritional Value policy as described in 7 CFR 210 Appendix B, which is posted on the CNP web page at:
