TO: Sponsors of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs

The Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs (ODE CNP) has the responsibility to ensure that sponsors of the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs comply with the requirements to account for all revenues and expenditures of their non-profit food service and limit net cash resources to three month operating expenses [7 CFR 210.19(a) (2)].

Enclosed are the CNPweb Annual Financial Report instructions  for accessing the report and completing report elements. Information should be taken from an audited financial report.

Completing the report on CNPweb is required no later than with the submission of the January 2011 Claim for Reimbursement. The January 2011 claim will be held until the report is filed.
