RE: Status of the 2010-2011 Income Eligibility Guidelines

The Oregon Department of Education Child Nutrition Programs (ODE CNP) received guidance from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) concerning the status of the 2010-2011 Income Eligibility Guidelines (IEGs) for the Child Nutrition Programs.

The 2009-2010 Income Eligibility Guidelines, published in June 2010, will remain in place through June 30, 2011.
