Test Coordinator Training Materials

District Test Coordinators (DTCs) must participate in annual test security and administration training provided by ODE. For 2015-16, DTCs must independently review the 2015-16 ODE-provided recorded training modules below by November 2, 2015 and register for one of the required ODE-facilitated Webinar sessions scheduled for November 3 - 5, 2015. DTCs must also use the ODE-provided training modules when conducting School Test Coordinator (STC) and Test Administrator (TA) trainings within their district. To provide flexibility in conducting local STC and TA trainings, ODE has posted each training module in both a recorded video format as well as the PowerPoint file with presenter notes. 2015-16 ODE-Provided Training Modules

2015-16 Training Survey
After watching all 2015-16 ODE-provided training modules, DTCs must complete the 2015-16 Training Survey by November 2, 2015. The purpose of the training survey is to check for comprehension of the test security and administration requirements and to provide DTCs with an opportunity to submit questions they would like addressed during the ODE-facilitated Webinar sessions.
