Title I-C - Oregon MEP Plan

The Oregon Migrant Education Program (MEP) Plan is the service delivery plan in which the state outlines how it will meet the needs of migrant students. This plan is monitored by the Office of Migrant Education, a division of the U.S. Department of Education.

Federal law requires that states receiving Title I-C funds have a state Service Delivery Plan in place.
