The Arts - Curriculum & Instruction
The study of the Arts is part of the American vision of a balanced education that provides each student with the opportunity to develop to his or her greatest potential. Arts education delivered in sequential, quality programs in every school will help ensure that Oregon students will be able to compete in a changing world. No known culture has existed without the arts, and by being educated in the arts we may make informed decisions about how our society is defined.
