The Oregon Educator Network (OEN) is a group of Award winning Oregon Educators including some past Teachers of the Year, Milken Educators, Presidential Awards for Mathematics and Science Teaching winners, and National Board Certified Teachers. This network will provide crucial feedback to the Superintendent of Public Instruction and other policy leaders regarding pressing education issues.

Response to Intervention
Response to Intervention (RTI) is a framework for improving educational outcomes that focuses on monitoring student learning. Instruction is modified or changed based on the student's performance to an instructional strategy. The general purpose of this framework is to have teams of school staff look for solutions to academic and behavioral problems by making adjustments to the learning environment by focusing attention on creating practices that will accelerate learning rather than focusing on deficiencies within students.
