Districts apply each year for these federal funds to develop their Safe and Drug Free Schools (Title IV-A) programs. Districts are required to complete expenditure reports regarding how their allocated funds were spent. Districts are also required to complete an end of the year narrative report detailing their outcomes and performance goals.

NCLB Title IV-A Carryover
All carryover requests must be made using the electronic system (CIP/BNSWK) on the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) District Website. Unclaimed funds are reallocated after the Carry Over Request period has closed.

End of Year Program Reporting

Form 581-1382-D. All districts are required to submit an expenditure report annually. For REAP Districts who transfer the funds, complete the form indicating the program to which the funds were transferred.
