Test items, test materials, and all student-level testing information are secure and must be appropriately handled. Failure to honor security severely jeopardizes district and state accountability requirements and the accuracy of student data. Breaches of security, whether through carelessness or intentional mishandling of test materials, could jeopardize licensure for certified and administrative staff.
