ODE has compiled a log of the individual due process requests and their orders. To find the case you are looking for, click on the year that it was filed and then locate the case name and/or number. Oregon has a one-tiered hearing system. These logs do not show the results of cases that have been appealed to state or federal courts. The Department will attempt to post information about appeals, as available.
