helps underserved and disadvantaged populations make the dream of higher education a reality through innovative outreach and retention programs. In partnership with the Oregon Department of Education, ECMC Foundation funds ECMC Scholars Program, a scholarship and mentoring program for Oregon high school students. Among some of its other programs, ECMC Foundation sponsors Oregon Student Assistant Commission's Early Bird Scholarship Program, and partners with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Federal TRIO Programs for national distribution of its college access curriculum, "Realizing the College Dream."
