NEW Information as of 07/18/07!!

The SOEN Contract has been signed and the new documents are available here for paper or electronic submission to USAC. Please see the updated instruction sheet for the final steps in submitting your 2007 e-Rate application against the State Master Contract.

Districts will need to follow the State Replacement Contract instructions if they HAVE NOT already filed a 471 for the State Master Contract. You must do this before 9PM on February 7th, 2006. There are no extensions. If you HAVE already filed your 471 for the state master contract, and did not follow the directions below, then you have 2 options to correct it:

1. You can make the appropriate adjustments on your RAL.
2. You can re-file your 471 in accordance with the instructions below. You must do this by 9PM on February 7th, 2006.
