Mathematics Work Samples
Level 4 – Developing Math Work Samples for High School and Middle School Teachers
This workshop is designed to be presented by a local facilitator to high school and/or middle school teachers,
both
mathematics and content area teachers. Length of workshop is about 3½ to 4 hours.
Focus of Workshops
Selecting appropriate content and standards for work samples
Knowing the key elements in a good math problem-solving work sample
Creating a work sample that is complete and ready to use
