Required Submissions and Communications
Current OHS PreK grantees are required to submit a variety of information to their assigned specialist at the Oregon Department of Education. Please see the chart below for specific information.

OHS PreK Continuation Grant Instructions and Materials
Current OHS PreK grantees must submit 2012-2013 Continuation Grant materials. OPK Specialists will send Grant Agreement packets to grantee directors by May 4. Packets are due back at ODE by June 1. Budget and Site/Service Workbooks will be sent to grantees in late May and will be due Sept 1.
