Oregon Administrative Rules Adopted by the State Board of Education

Oregon Administrative Rules are adopted by the State Board of Education and filed with the Secretary of State's (SOS) office.

SOS updates their webpage the first business day of each month, which reflects the previous month to the 15th of the current months filings.
Secretary of State Rules for Education
(for example if the rule was filed on February 22nd, the SOS webpage would show this rule posted as of April 1st.)
