Oregon Child Development Coalition (OCDC)
OCDC is a private not-for-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Prompted by the tragic death of a three-year-old migrant child in a farm accident, OCDC was founded in 1971 and has evolved into the largest child development and child care network in the state of Oregon, providing Head Start, literacy and family support services.

CCN is a network of 14 clinics across Oregon that seeks to improve services for child with special needs in the more rural areas of the state.
Oregon Center for Children and Youth With Special Health Needs
OSCSHN plans, implements and evaluates public health programs for children with special needs and supports partnerships with families, health care providers, agencies and the community.
