Supplemental Report Card Data Validation Window

Supplemental Report Card Submission: The submission period runs from July 31 through September 26, 2014. The collection period is designed to allow districts and schools to submit information into the web based application for the Supplemental Report Card Data collection. Include either the principal or superintendent's letter and curriculum sections in both Spanish and English.

Submitting information through the web-based application is the last chance for quality assurance before the report cards are made public.

Important Reminders:
  • Submission will be done through an online collection within the Achievement Data Insight (ADI) application. WebEx training for further instructions will be available on July 31 at 2 pm. Recordings and handouts will be available at https://district.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=234.

  • A working draft of each submission can be saved and edited until finally submitted to ODE.

  • Text fields will not have a maximum character limit, but the font size will become smaller and may become difficult to read if wording is not concise.

  • Please make sure to submit Spanish translations that capture the meaning of the English version for each letter and curriculum section.

  • The superintendent/principal name field will be inserted by ODE.

If you have questions regarding this, please contact Christie M. Petersen at: christie.petersen@state.or.us eMail.
