|As part of the ConnectED Initiative, Connected Nation will serve as an independent third-party administrator for AT&T’s commitment. Through a nationwide application, schools can apply to receive free wireless broadband service for educational devices off-campus via AT&T’s nationwide wireless network. School districts can apply here and learn more about specific program guidelines and restrictions.
AT&T’s commitment will provide 50,000 middle and high school students in Title 1 districts free Internet connectivity for educational devices over their wireless network for three years. School districts can determine their eligibility and apply for the program at Connected Nation’s application portal, available at this link. Phase 1 applications are due on July 15, 2014.
