Institutions for Accountability Reporting Validation Open

The 2013-2014 Institutions Validation opened on Thursday, April 24, 2014. This validation window will run through May 19, 2014.

New this year in ADI, this validation is in place to ensure that the Oregon Department of Education has the correct information for each institution that will receive a school or district report card, as well as for some other institutions that may be included in ODE reports. This validation should be accessed by logging in through the district website and looking under the Achievement Data Insight application. Please check that all fields under both the “Summary” (districts only) and “Detail” tabs are accurate. If there is incorrect data entered, click on the “Ask A Question” or email Leah Thorp at leah.thorp@state.or.us eMail to correct this information.

Note: only districts will see data under the “Summary” tab. If you are logging in as a school, please verify the “Detail” tab only.

It is important that all fields be correct as both the Report Card and Directory utilize this information. This validation will be updated each Thursday through the end of the window. If you have submitted updated information, please check back to make certain it is correct.

Requests for recognition of boundary changes are due to ODE no later than May 16 to apply to School and District Report Cards. To make a request, please submit the “Boundary Change Calculator” found at http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=661. If you have questions about boundary changes or the boundary calculator, please contact Josh Rew at josh.rew@state.or.us eMail.
