|Kindergarten Assessment: Window Opens August 12, Training Required|
Monday, August 12, 2013 marks the opening of the Kindergarten Assessment window; the window will close Thursday, October 24, 2013.
Many District Test Coordinators and some Kindergarten Teachers have already taken part in trainings for DTCs, from all districts supporting Kindergarten programs, held in May through July. If a DTC has not yet registered, you must contact their Regional ESD Partner . DTCs who are unable to participate in one of these ODE-provided trainings must notify their Regional ESD Partner by August 8, 2013 and make arrangements for make-up training. The Kindergarten Assessment Training will follow a train-the-trainer model. Districts are welcome to include additional staff beyond the DTC (e.g., school test coordinators, kindergarten teachers, or others who will administer the assessment) at the ODE-provided trainings.

This page contains information pertaining to the required ODE-provided Kindergarten Assessment Trainings, frequently asked questions, and links to additional resources.
