|Discipline Incidents Collection Opens May 16 for 2012-13 school year|
|The Discipline Incidents collection opens May 16, 2013 and closes July 1, 2013. Information and details will be posted as they become available.
All Oregon school districts are required to complete this data collection. District level staff responsible for the discipline data are required to complete the district submission through the Consolidated Collections on the Applications menu after logging in through the district’s website. Information on the collection is available at. There will be a webinar/training offered on May 21, 2013 to assist with the annual discipline incidents collection, 2012-13. The training begins promptly at 2:00 PM. Please access the training prior to 2:00 PM at the following link: https://district.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=226. There are also materials and handouts at this link to assist you with the collection.
If you are a district that has no incident data to report, you still need complete the "Verify Submission" process on the Consolidated Collections Status Tracking. Click on the green check next to the collection and then click the Verify Submission Button in the upper left corner to verify you have no data to submit.
Due to Federal reporting requirements, there will be no extension to the collection. Please work with your local staff to ensure your data is entered and verified before the closing at 5 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2013.
