Free GED and WorkKeys Test Prep Materials through the Oregon State Library
As a result of a partnership with the Oregon State Library, the LearningExpress Library (LEL) is now available for free to Oregon students through the Oregon School Library Information System (OSLIS) as well as the Oregon Career Information System (CIS).

To access LEL via OSLIS, users click on the LEL link on the student or educator, find Information page, and then log in (or create an account and then log in).

To access LEL via CIS, users log in to CIS, click on My Career Planning Portfolio at the top right of the page, and click on My Learning Express (last option on page). After clicking on Continue, users will get right in to LEL without having to log in because the LEL account is connected to their existing CIS account. While working students continue to have access to their My Career Planning Portfolio on the top of the page. When they are done using LEL and exit, they will still be logged in to CIS.

For technical assistance in using the LearningExpress Library contact LEL directly:
By Phone: (800) 295-9556
By E-mail: customerservice@learningexpressllc.com eMail
Representatives are available from 9AM to 5PM EST, Monday – Friday.
