At their December meeting the State Board of Education took the following actions:

• Denied state board sponsorship to Riverside Charter Academy
• Denied the Oregon Virtual Education Charter School (East) Waiver request
• Denied the Oregon Virtual Education Charter School (West) Waiver request
• Adopted the October 2012 draft board minutes
• Approved the Commissioner of Community College’s Out-of-State Travel
• Adopted the revised General Evaluation and Reevaluation Procedures OAR 581-015-2110
• Adopted revisions to the Accountability Reporting Advisory Committee OAR 581-002-0090
• Adopted the Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction rule OAR 581-001-0016
• Approved the following community college programs: Treasure Valley Community College: Aviation Technology: Helicopter; Portland Community College: Dietary Manager
• Approved new student advisor Benjamin Barnes
• Adopted revisions to the Individual Student Assessment, Recordkeeping, and Reporting OAR 581-022-1670
• Adopted revisions to Fingerprinting of Subject Individuals in public schools OAR 581-021-0500
• Adopted revisions to Fingerprinting of Subject Individuals in private schools OAR 581-045-0586
• Approved West Linn-Wilsonville School District Revised Supplemental Transportation Plans
• Approved Santiam Canyon School District Revised Supplemental Plans
• Adopted revisions to Community College Support Fund Distribution OAR 589-002-0100
• Adopted revisions to Fingerprinting of Subject Individuals in Schools Accepting Enrollment of Minors OAR 581-045-0003
