| First Period Cumulative ADM 2012-13 Audit Review – week of November 5, 2012 |
The First Period Cumulative ADM Data Collection will be opened November 15 - November 28, 2012 to allow all districts the opportunity to review the audit report of data submitted and make corrections. The collection will be automatically open to all districts during the audit review window. The instructions and overview for this process are located on the ODE district web page under the Schedule of Due Dates for the Cumulative ADM collection documents section – Data Collection Audits and Reviews Word document https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/info/DataCllctnDetail.aspx?id=246 The audit review will contain ODE recommended changes to the data submitted during the First Period Cumulative ADM collection. Districts will have an opportunity to confirm the audits as being correct, edit existing records, submit new records, or delete incorrect records. Audits that are not confirmed, corrected, or result in new audits will be sent to districts on a validation spreadsheet after the audit review window has closed.
