First Period Cumulative ADM 2012-13 Audit Review

The First Period Cumulative ADM Data Collection will be opened November 15 - November 28, 2012 to allow all districts the opportunity to review the audit report of data submitted and make corrections. The collection will be automatically open to all districts during the audit review window. Do not submit a request to reopen form.

The audits will contain ODE recommended changes to the data submitted during the First Period Cumulative ADM collection. Districts can either edit the record or identify the record as being correctly submitted by clicking on the green checkmark to confirm the audit. SSID Merges will not be correctable by changing the SSID from the audit screen. You will need to submit a new record with the correct SSID and delete the record with the incorrect SSID. Audits that are not corrected or new audits as the result of data changes, including new data not submitted during the collection window, will be sent on a validation spreadsheet to districts after the audit review window has closed.
