ODE has posted recordings of the District Test Coordinator training modules to http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?id=2744. New for 2012-13, districts are required to use the ODE-provided training modules when training School Test Coordinators and Test Administrators on test administration and security. Districts may use either these recorded training modules or the PowerPoint files with notes (also posted online) to meet this training requirement. Pages 6 - 7 of the Test Administration Manual identify which training modules are required for School Test Coordinators and Test Administrators. Remember, in addition to using the ODE-provided training modules, local trainings must provide School Test Coordinators and Test Administrators with an opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification.
