All "banked" assessment tests where a student took and met or exceeded on a high school math, reading, science, or writing test in a prior year will be loaded to Student Centered Staging on November 8, 2012. This includes students who took and met or exceeded the alternate achievement standard on the statewide Extended Assessment in a prior year. The test records were loaded into Staging based on verification of the students' enrolled grade as grade 11 during the 2012-13 school year in the Consolidated Student SSID system.
This process will be re-run periodically during the school year. District Test Coordinators should use this information to make sure all high school students enrolled on May 1, 2013 are tested in the required subjects.
